  1. They learned to not judge a book by its cover.

They eventually listened and learned about each other over the course of time, finding that they liked each other's character as well as their 'fine eyes', money, etc. They learned to be open and honest with others as well as themselves...they communicated.

  2. The two learned that people are not always what they seem. Some people start off nice, but really their true colors are rude and arrogant. That concept goes both ways. Some people can seem viscous, but really they are amazing people trying to protect themselves.

Also, they learned that actually falling in love is more important than an arranged marriage, or for money. Also, that life is a constant challenge, but the end results of the fight makes it all worth it.

  3. Both of them learn that first impressions can be misleading. Mr Darcy was at first blinded by his pride and Elizabeth was too stubborn to see past her prejudice. Towards the end of the story Elizabeth learns about how selfless Mr Darcy is. Mr Darcy begins to notice how lively and wonderful Elizabeth can be. They both learn that true love and being open towards each other can make life wonderful.

  4. Elizabeth and Mr. Darcy change a good bit throughout the novel. They both learn that their first impressions of each other were quite wrong. They start out the novel pretty much hating one another and by the end of the novel they are happily married. Elizabeth learns that she is not quite as clever as she believed and not to trust everything that she is told. Mr. Darcy learns to be more open with his kindness. Together they learn that they should not let their pride overrule their better judgment. If they had each held onto their pride they would never have ended up together and would have missed out on what seems will be tremendous happiness.

  5. Both characters change in the sense of don't accuse if you don't have the full facts. On the romantic side both characters feelings toward one another change from a rivalry to a deep passionate love for each other. Elizabeth learns that she is to quick to judge and needs to ask the person directly than believing in only one persons accusations. Darcy his learns almost the same thing as Elizabeth, but his is to not go with his own notions on what he thinks of the person or the family and consider the persons feelings that are at stake.

  6. Elizabeth and Mr. Darcy both change a lot throughout the novel. At the beginning, they are not too fond of each other, and then at the end, they are in love. Elizabeth was quick to judge and very outspoken. She was blunt. She realizes that she was wrong about Mr. Darcy and decides to open up more to him to eventually see that she was in love with him. Mr. Darcy was full of pride and very pompous. He thought he was better than Elizabeth and her family. Toward the end, he learns to show his kindness and allow his love to Elizabeth to show. They learn together to be forgiving and not to be so quick to judge, otherwise they would have never fell in love and been so happy together.

Mr. Darcy changed in pretty much the same way, except he was a little more close minded than Elizabeth was. The problem with Mr. Darcy is that he was a little too prideful, and i think when he started to fall for Elizabeth he began to look at the world differently.
